My name is Jared Rey Hernandez. I have graduated from the University of North Texas in December 2006 with a degree in Visual Arts Studies. I am currently an art teacher for Mesquite ISD for grades 3rd-6th.
I got married on 7/7/07 at 7:00 p.m. to a beautiful women inside and out named Jessica. My wonderful wife has been 100% supportive of my goal/dream of becoming a photographer, she has been so encouraging and truly believes I can do it. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am, God has blessed me immensely with this woman.
My goal right now is to be able to become a professional photographer shooting weddings and various types of portraiture. I have been shooting since I was a senior in high school in 2001 and have remained interested ever since. I find so much joy behind the camera capturing special moments that people share together and I can only hope that I can do this full time one day.
Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope you can benefit from this exciting journey I am on!

As mother of the Bride, my opinion may be a little stilted, but I think the pictures are all wonderful. They captured the personalities of the Bride and Groom, plus the architecture of the Old Red Courthouse and Downtown.! Great Job Jared!
