Weston and Suzanne just had their beautiful wedding this past weekend in Canton, TX which means I can now share her bridal portraits with everyone! I have been wanting to share these photos with everyone for awhile now and it has killed me to hold on to these! I had a great time at the Las Colinas Canals with Suzanne and some of her bridesmaids when we took these. She did a great job and this ended up being one of my favorite bridal sessions. Enjoy !

Well it is definitely wedding season, haha. I have so much to edit and so many shoots scheduled right now, it is hard to keep up right now. But that is a good problem to have! So I am not complaining.

I met up at SMU with Katie and Preston a couple of weeks ago to shoot their engagement session. They are getting married at Perkins chapel on the SMU campus, so it only made sense to stick close! It was my first time to shoot on the SMU campus and boy was it beautiful! I love it there, definitely will have to schedule some more sessions there in the future. I can’t wait for Katie and Preston’s wedding now that I have seen the chapel and walked around the campus! It is going to be great.

The number one thing I hear before any session I shoot is “I am not good in front of the camera” or “I don’t do this all the time, so you’ll have to tell me what to do!”. It is always fun to see how nervous people can be before a session and then watch them completely change by the end of the session. These two were no exception, a little shy at first, but by the end they were coming up with their own cute poses and taking charge. It makes my job that much more easier and fun! Thanks you guys for a fun session. Enjoy some of my favs.

I got to meet up with the Turley family a couple of weeks ago to get some pictures of the family and some one year pictures of baby Blake. I love getting to come back and meet up with families again and watch how they have grown! Here is a shot of Blake when we took his 6 month pictures…

Now he is a year old and full of energy! He is seriously probably the fastest crawler I have ever seen. If he was on the ground and you didn’t have a hand on him, no telling where he would end up a second later! He is just fast! It made me laugh anytime I was taking his picture and looked down for a second, then to look back up with Blake in a totally different area. Lori and Aaron have such a beautiful home in Rockwall, so it was great to see their home again and take pictures around the house. Thank you for inviting me back! I had the privilege of meeting up with Zach and Rachal in Richardson this past weekend to shoot their engagement session. We shot at a beautiful park that I had never been before and the park had some awesome scenery! Can’t wait for the wedding you guys! Enjoy these pictures.

In other news, I am still experimenting with stamping my future images and how big the images are going to be. So I’ll be playing around with some things, if you think they are too big or it doesn’t look great just let me know! I love feedback.

It is finally time to share my new logo with everyone! I am very excited about this logo and I spent a month working with my graphic designer getting this just right! We finally got something we were both happy with and here it is…
