David and Yvonne Martinez got married on September 6, 2008 in Garland, TX. It was a beautiful day at a small/intimate location. I had a great time spending time with everyone and Yvonne is just the type of person who makes everyone feel loved and special. So the whole day and night was very sweet and you could feel all the love shared between her and her family. Thank you so much Yvonne for letting me take part in your day. I usually am not the type of person to say much about a particular wedding or about any post in general. I like to keep things short and sweet and then let people enjoy the images. But I am finding it hard to do that in this case. I have so much to say about this couple and this wedding day. I promise not to write an essay, but bare with me here. Aaron and Denise are some of the most laid-back, sweet, genuine, and fun couple that one could ever meet. I have known Denise for over 5 years now and when I first met Aaron and saw the type of guy he was I knew they were a perfect match. I think it is impossible to be around these two and not have a good time and good laugh. It was so hard to narrow this post to 20 images, so I went a little over. It is going to be clear for everyone to see the type of people that Aaron and Denise are through these images, and you will also be able to see the type of personalities their full wedding party was as well! There were so many fun, unique images captured during this day that it was so funny going through them. Enjoy these few images from the day and look out for the slideshow because there is much more fun ahead!

All the girls on the left were ‘flower girls’ and the ones on the right were her bridesmaids. The flower girls were actually lantern girls, which you will see soon, but if you ask Denise she consider all the girls in her wedding her bridesmaids. Oh and my wife was a flowergirl, she is the hot, tall blonde one

I had the honor of shooting an engagement session for James and Kristin almost a month ago in downtown Ft.Worth. Kristin found out about me through her  friend Erica Pasvar, which you may remember from some of my past weddings where you would find Erica diving and catching the bouquets! So I think it was awesome that I have friends talking about me AND people who check out my site and want to hire me. Very cool stuff and always an honor. Not to mention that after I shot their engagement session they both decided to hire me to shoot their wedding, DOUBLE honor! Thank you so much James and Kristin for giving me this opportunity, I had such a great time shooting this engagement session, and I couldn’t wait to start editing them. Mrs.Yvonne got married a few weeks ago and had a beautiful wedding (images from wedding to come later) and since it has passed I thought it would be a good time to share some of her wonderful bridal portraits that we took together. We ended up taking them around the Highland Park area in a nearby park. We got up bright and early for this shoot which was a first for me so far, I have been used to waiting until sunset!
